Planning and organising the 26th Annual LAPO Forum at ICC, Abuja.
Challenge
To plan and organize the 26th Annual LAPO Forum in ICC, Abuja, FCT.
Methodology
- We generated a guest list and reached out to all using invites drop-offs and constant reminders to our target audience.
- Prof.
- Charles Soludo was the Chairman while the renowned Prof.
- Omokhoa Adeleye was the guest speaker.
- We had a nurses station for free BP & BMI checks, exhibition booths for products display and media wall.
- Despite having venue challenges, we were able to immediately set up and deploy an A/C marquee tent in less than 24 hours to the event.
Effect
350 persons attended the event.
The experience and ambience of the new overnight venue was far better.
The unprecedented speed of tent set up and the entire event execution and experience were rated as highly impressive.
